Attach a source record

POST 
/api/v1/entities/:entityId/source-records

Records that a source system holds its own version of this golden record, keyed by that system's identifier. This is what makes a golden record traceable: every value can be attributed to the system it came from, and a merge re-points these onto the survivor. Requires entity.source-record.create.
