/api/v1/search/entities

Searches golden records by free text or within one attribute. Matching is index-served, so it stays fast as the corpus grows, and an attribute-scoped search matches a reference value's label as well as its code — searching a municipality by name finds records that store only its code. Values the caller may not see are masked in the results. Requires search.read.
