Update a resolution rule

/api/v1/relationship-resolution-rules/:id

Changes a rule's configuration. The key it resolves on cannot be changed — a new rule supersedes the old one instead, so already-resolved links keep a truthful account of how they were made. Requires relationship-resolution-rule.update.
