Choose which source's value wins

POST 
/api/v1/entities/:entityId/attributes/:attributeId/pick-source

Overrides survivorship for one attribute by pinning the value from a chosen source. Use it where a rule cannot express the judgement a steward can make by looking. The choice is recorded, so it is visible later as a deliberate decision rather than an anomaly. Requires entity.update.
